MIA has a horseshoe layout with a central road in the center. This road is where you will find your ride. Cruise transport will be outlined with signs.
Rideshares will be plenty and available you will find them in the center median. Taxis will be everywhere.
Port of Miami has 10 cruiseline terminals. Terminal placement is generally fairly predictable, but in high traffic, terminals can overlap usage between brands.
No ID needed to gain entry to port area. Best route of entry is I395, which turns into MacArthur Causeway. Access to Dodge Island will be via a tunnel under the main channel.
Both of these terminals are owned and operated by MSC Cruises
Terminal A is owned and operated by Royal Caribbean
terminals B and C are owned and operated by NCL
Terminals D and E are shared between Carnival, Holland America, and Seabourn.
Terminal F is exclusive to Carnival
Terminal G is split between Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises
Terminal J is split between luxury lines such as Regent Seven Seas, Oceania, Crystal, Azamara
Terminal K is a new terminal being built for Disney Cruise Line
Terminal V is owned and operated by Virgin Voyages.
